Vista Springs in Clarkston, Michigan is seeking a friendly, highly organized front desk associate to support our operations and guest services. You will greet vendors, family members, guests, and residents as they arrive, answer calls by the third ring, and help maintain a welcoming entryway.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls by the third ring.
• Greet people as they enter the building.
• Maintain the entry way by keeping it clean and tidy; wipe counters, tables, and mop floors.
• Offer coffee and water to guests and community members.
• Assist with delivering packages.
