Vista Springs is seeking a part-time front desk/guest services helper for our East Lansing community. The role focuses on greeting vendors, guests, and residents, answering calls, and supporting daily operations in a caring, professional environment.

Must be at least 16 years old with basic English; prior customer service is a plus. No extensive travel; evening and weekend availability preferred, with 15–29 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in Basic English.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls by the third ring.
• Greet visitors and community members as they enter.
• Maintain entryway cleanliness and wipe counters.
• Offer coffee and water to guests.
• Assist with package deliveries and activities as needed.
