Vista Springs Living in Michigan is seeking a part-time front desk associate for evenings and weekends at our assisted living community. You will greet vendors, family members, guests and residents, answer incoming calls, and help maintain a welcoming, professional entryway.

The role requires a friendly, organized person with customer service experience. You will assist with deliveries, support activities, and collaborate with team members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls by the third ring
• Greet people as they enter into the building
• Maintaining the entry way by keeping it clean and tidy; wiping counters, tables, and mopping the floor.
• Offering coffee and water to guests and community members
• Assist with delivering packages
• Assist with activities as needed
