Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through the registration process and issue unit keys.
• Provide information about the resort and area attractions; quote room rates and confirm reservations.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform bucket checks; complete checkout procedures.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns with clear communication.
