Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responds to guest communications by telephone, mail, email or fax.
• Creates and maintains reservation records and processes cancellations and modifications.
• Sells the value of property outlets to convert inquiries into reservations and occupied rooms.
• Assists guests with check-in/check-out and kiosk processes.
• Maintains accurate records of payments and balances cash at shift end.
