Wapato Point Management Company is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Associate to support the Guest Services department by delivering exceptional customer service to owners and guests at the resort in Chelan, WA.

You will handle check-in/check-out, balance daily transactions, prepare nightly audits, and maintain accurate owner records while providing information on services, dining, and directions to guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Reception/reservation experience desirable.

Responsibilities
