Qualifications

• Front office or hotel registration experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality.
• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook; able to manage multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and handle reservations, inquiries, and guest services.
• Communicate with other departments via email; document notes in guest folios.
• Assist guests at check-in/check-out, process payments, and operate POS.
• Maintain front desk area, reports, and inventory; run daily/occupancy reports.
• Provide office support and information packets; assist with gift cards and mailings.
