Job summary

Campbell’s Resort in Chelan, WA is seeking a Guest Service Associate for a 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift. You’ll manage front desk responsibilities, reservations, concierge duties, and serve as the guest ambassador for the property.

Responsibilities include handling reservations from various channels, balancing cash, and maintaining Maestro PMS knowledge while delivering outstanding hospitality daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Sales minded with ability to present options to guests.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process reservations by telephone, mail, email, or fax accurately.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out.
• Sell property outlets and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Maintain Maestro knowledge and balance cash at end of shift.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed.
• Ensure guest privacy and safety procedures.
