Job summary

Element Portland Beaverton is seeking a Guest Service Representative to be the first and last impression for guests. You will handle check-in/out, front desk operations, market sales and guest interactions with a focus on service excellence.

Responsibilities include reservations, guest registration, payment verification, calls routing and promoting the loyalty program, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and integrity of guest information.

• Proficient in English reading, writing and speaking.
