Job summary

Extended-Stay-Hotel is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver outstanding guest experiences at the front desk in Tigard, Oregon. Responsibilities

• Assist guests and respond to requests with follow-through; resolve guest issues per Make it Right process.
• Process reservations, registration, payment, and departures per guidelines.
• Maintain cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts; handle collections as needed.
• Set up, maintain, and take down breakfast when required.
• Keep front desk, lobby, and common areas organized and clean per standards.
• Promote ESA services and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Collect guest information and identify potential sales opportunities.
