AC Portland Beaverton is hiring a Guest Service Representative who will be the first and last impression on our guests. You will handle check-in, check-out, front desk operations, market sales and all guest interactions, ensuring each guest is greeted in a unique and personable way.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures, guest services and hotel services.
• Proficient English language skills (spoken, reading, writing). Multilingual ability is a plus in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome each guest in a unique, personable way.
• Book hotel reservations and register guests, verifying information and payments.
• Answer and route calls, take guest messages accurately.
• Promote the brand loyalty program and recognize members.
