Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Universal Agent Ambassador in Nashville to greet guests, manage lobby flow, and provide concierge services. You will assist with check-in/check-out, registrations, and reservations, while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless communication with other departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of successful customer service experience in a hospitality/hotel environment.
• Vacation ownership experience preferred.
• Education equivalent may be accepted in lieu of education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and be the first point of contact for all lobby traffic.
• Register guests, issue rooms keys, and process check-in/check-out per SOP.
• Provide general concierge services and assist with guest requests and reservations.
• Enter guest issues into WYNSOS and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Balance cash receipts and complete daily cash procedures as required.
