Job summary

Aloft Nashville West End, part of Quorum Hospitality, is seeking a friendly Guest Services Agent to greet guests and manage reservations at the Front Desk. You will contribute to a memorable stay by delivering top-tier service and a warm welcome.

Responsibilities include assisting guests from arrival to departure, answering questions about services and dining, processing check-ins/outs, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with Windows operating systems.
• Positive, upbeat personality with a dedication to guest service.
• Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented and problem-solve for internal/external guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Operate the telephone switchboard courteously.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, facilities, hours, and nearby amenities.
• Maintain communication and teamwork with fellow staff and departments.
• Follow credit policies and be aware of rates, packages, and promotions.
• Obtain information for reservations and quote rates accordingly.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
• Assist management with inventory control and stocking products.
• Maintain lobby and public space cleanliness and sanitize keys when returned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
