Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Universal Agent to warmly greet and register guests, provide concierge services, and support the sales team with qualified tours. The role emphasizes exceptional guest service and efficient front desk operations at the resort.

Responsibilities include handling check-in/check-out, offering local information, prescreening guests for tours, preparing welcome materials, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of successful customer service experience in a hospitality/hotel environment; vacation ownership experience preferred.
• Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check-in/out guests, establish credit, issue keys, handle billing and guest requests with professionalism.
• Provide general concierge services and inform guests about local spots and activities.
• Schedule, prescreen, and coordinate tours for the sales team, guiding guests through the Wyndham Vacation Ownership presentation process.
• Prepare arrival information, welcome gifts, and pre-call prospective guests to set expectations and promote the property.
• Answer phones, route calls, resolve guest requests/complaints, and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain front desk operations and cash handling.
