Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, check them in/out and issue room keys.
• Explain hotel amenities and services to guests.
• Answer calls with proper etiquette and professionalism.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping on room status and guest concerns.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Input reservations and manage guest information.
• Handle billing and present folio; resolve disputed charges.
• Assist departments with information on groups/inventory.
