Hotel Zetta in San Francisco seeks a full-time Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and provide courteous information. You will handle reservations, cash transactions, and guest requests with a professional, cheerful demeanor.

Responsibilities include operating the PBX, maintaining records, and supporting night audit coverage when needed. Strong English skills and prior hospitality experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year prior hotel or customer service experience.
• Must be fluent in oral and written English.
• Proficient with cash handling and basic math.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow instructions.
• Excellent reading and comprehension skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in arriving guests using manual and computerized methods.
• Handle check-out and close guest accounts.
• Process cash transactions accurately and maintain records.
• Answer inquiries and take reservations by phone/in person.
• Maintain guest relations with timely, knowledgeable responses.
• Operate PBX to manage calls and wake-up services.
• Support night audit and coverage as needed.
