Job summary

Hotel Zoe, a Fisherman’s Wharf boutique hotel in San Francisco, seeks a Front Desk Agent to handle check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and guest inquiries. You will coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth arrivals and stays.

The role requires flexibility to work any day, strong guest service skills, knowledge of Opera and Outlook a plus, and the ability to resolve issues with tact and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar Front Desk/Hospitality role preferred.
• Neat and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check-in/out, issue room keys, and explain hotel amenities.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel operations and daily activities.
• Answer calls with proper etiquette and assist guests with requests.
• Assist with reservations and special requests in the system.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping for room status and guest needs.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Input reservations and manage guest information accurately.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
