Hotel Zeppelin is seeking a full-time Front Desk Agent to join our team in San Francisco. The role focuses on providing creative and passionate service to guests, ensuring satisfactory check-in and check-out experiences.

As part of Sage Hospitality Group, this position involves maintaining customer relations and managing cash transactions accurately. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and customer service skills, along with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in oral and written English.
• High school graduate level mathematical aptitude required.
• Past experience in dealing directly with the public preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets arriving guests and completes check-in procedures.
• Facilitates guest check-out by following established procedures.
• Calculates and posts charges to guest accounts accurately.
• Answers inquiries and accepts reservations in person and by phone.
• Maintains good customer relations by being knowledgeable and responsive.
• Operates PBX equipment to assist guests with calls.
• Controls cash transactions at the front desk responsibly.
• Maintains a friendly demeanor at all times.
