Job summary

American Cancer Society in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Concierge to be the first point of contact for guests, manage front desk operations, and ensure a welcoming, safe environment. The role supports check-in/out, answers inquiries, and coordinates transportation.

The shift is Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:30pm with pay at $19.50/hr and eligibility for differential pay for evenings and weekends; requires 1 year of customer service and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Prior hospitality or guest services experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures.
• Provide information about lodge amenities and resources.
• Coordinate transportation and program services and schedules.
• Respond to guest requests, concerns, and emergencies.
• Maintain organized front desk area and guest records.
• Monitor lobby security and safety protocols.
