Responsibilities

• Balance cash receipts and perform money handling duties.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges/credits.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals or groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes and options.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
