Job summary

The Bay Club Company is seeking an Operations Associate in California to support hospitality, fitness, and facility operations. You will help deliver exceptional member service, maintain clean environments, and participate in event setups across the Club.

Typical duties include front-desk duties, guest registrations, cash handling, and assisting with pool deck and parking areas. A positive, proactive attitude and CPR certification are highly valued.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in hospitality or related service.
• Professional, friendly demeanor with excellent customer service.
• Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
• CPR certification (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, check them in, and collect guest information and waivers.
• Operate reception tasks including cash handling and phone calls.
• Assist with pool deck events, towel service, and guest seating as needed.
• Support food and beverage service and participate in upselling daily specials.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the club facilities.
• Communicate and coordinate program bookings and facility updates.
