Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, guest-focused personality.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to read and interpret tickets and directions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Scan tickets and verify valid credentials or access.
• Assist guests with seating, directions, and venue amenities.
• Provide accurate information about events, policies, and schedules.
• Support guests with accessibility needs and accommodations.
• Respond to guest questions and pass along concerns to appropriate staff.
