Job summary

Legends is seeking Guest Services Team Members to create a welcoming, safe experience at the Abilene Convention Center. You will greet guests, scan tickets, help with seating, directions, and accessibility needs while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with strong communication, the ability to work evenings and weekends, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy venue environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they enter the venue with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Scan guest tickets and verify validity of tickets or credentials.
• Assist guests with locating seats, sections, entrances, restrooms, concessions, suites, and venue amenities.
• Provide accurate directions and information about events, schedules, and services.
• Assist guests with accessibility needs and direct to appropriate resources.
• Respond to guest inquiries, questions, and requests for assistance promptly and professionally.
