Legends Global in Wichita, KS is seeking a Guest Experience Representative to deliver welcoming, safe, and memorable experiences at live events. You will assist with ticket scanning, ushering, attendant duties, and other front-line tasks across multiple roles.

The role requires a friendly attitude, reliability, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will help guests with questions, mobility needs, and seating, while upholding venue policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service, hospitality, or entertainment venue, preferred.
• Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile, eye contact, and positive, energetic attitude.
• Conduct zone checks and report hazards or items needing attention.
• Answer guest inquiries with knowledge of venue layout, policies, and event timelines.
• Assist with accessibility services and accommodations, including wheelchair escorts.
• Support crowd control and guide traffic to keep walkways clear.
• Operate ticket scanning devices to verify tickets.
• Report safety concerns and incidents promptly.
• Enforce venue policies and code of conduct.
