The City of Concord's Parks & Recreation Department is seeking a part-time Guest Services Associate for the City Wide Community Center and Merrimack Lodge at White Park. You will supervise programs and rentals, assist with room setups and cleaning, and handle front desk duties including phone inquiries.

Evening shifts 3-9 pm and weekend hours vary; the role involves customer service, cash handling, and coordinating with staff to ensure smooth operations in a busy community facility.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business, Recreation, or Hospitality is preferred.
• Any combination of education, training and experience which provides the knowledge, skills and abilities required for the job.

Responsabilités

• Provides exceptional customer service at front desk and assists patrons.
• Performs building supervision duties including class registrations, cash handling and using computers.
• Set up and take down for classes and public meetings.
• Minor cleaning of rooms and maintaining inventory of supplies.
• Assists with securing the building at the end of day.
