Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests and manage the front desk. You will handle the waitlist, assign lanes and equipment, and assist with basic bowling guidance.

You’ll ring up sales, follow cash controls, and operate the POS system with the central panel and PA system. The role is part-time with evening and weekend shifts in a lively entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience is preferred.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills are essential.
• Proven success in school or previous job experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly in person and over the phone.
• Manage waitlist, track availability and assign lanes, shoes, and equipment.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system.
