Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests and manage the front desk. You will handle waitlists, track lane availability and equipment, and assist with league preparation while ensuring smooth operations at the counter.

The role involves ring sales, basic bowling instruction, and working the POS system alongside the team in a lively entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service environments preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greeters/Desk Attendants greet guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage waitlist and track lane availability and equipment.
• Prepare for leagues and ring sales at the counter while following cash procedures.
• Notify mechanics of any equipment malfunctions and log issues.
• Provide basic bowling instruction and assist guests with the essentials.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and PA system.
