Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a friendly Greeter/Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and assist with lane and equipment setup. You will handle sales at the counter, operate the POS and central panel, and help guests with basic bowling instruction in a lively entertainment environment.

The role is part-time and requires a friendly personality, reliable attendance, and a willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system
• Assist our guests with basic bowling instruction (no trick shots)
