Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and assist with lane and equipment coordination. You will handle sales at the counter, follow cash controls, and support guests with basic bowling instructions.

Applicants must be 18+ and ready to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment. Benefits include healthcare coverage and additional perks as listed in the posting.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience preferred.
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and over the phone with a friendly and inviting manner.
• Manage the waitlist and track availability of lanes, shoes, and other equipment.
• Assist with league preparation and ring sales at the counter following cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues.
• Provide basic bowling instruction and operate the POS system and PA system.
