Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to create a welcoming first impression for guests and manage front-desk operations. You will handle phone inquiries, manage the waitlist, and support bowling activities, including assisting guests with basic instruction and POS transactions.

The role includes evening and weekend shifts in a fun entertainment venue, with perks like bowling and arcade discounts.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes and other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and PA system
