Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Greeter/Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests and manage front-desk operations in a lively entertainment venue. You’ll handle the waitlist, assist with lanes and equipment, and process sales at the counter while upholding cash control procedures.

The role requires a friendly demeanor, experience in hospitality or similar environments, and the ability to meet state age requirements for alcohol service. Evening and night shifts are available.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Promptly notify our mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues.
• Assist our guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate our POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system.
