Job summary

Highgate Hotels seeks a Bell Attendant at E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences in Miami. You will warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and ensure smooth arrivals and departures while upholding service standards in a luxury environment.

Your responsibilities include greeting guests, transporting luggage, guiding guests to rooms, and coordinating with front desk and valet teams to provide a seamless experience. Strong communication and a guest-centric attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education preferred.
• One year of customer service experience required; luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift heavy baggage up to 80 lbs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and residents at the hotel entrance and assist with luggage.
• Load, unload and transport luggage to rooms and vehicles safely.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel features and services.
• Deliver packages and items to guest rooms and residences.
• Assist with traffic flow on the front drive and coordinate with valet.
