Seminole Casino Hotel Immokalee is seeking a customer‑focused Front Desk/Guest Services team member. You will assist guests with luggage, deliver mail and packages, greet arriving vehicles, and help guests enjoy our casino and hotel amenities.

You will also support the Front Desk as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience. The role requires high‑volume guest service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high-volume guest service experience.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Must be detail oriented and have basic math skills.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assist guests with luggage delivery, pick up, and storage.
• Deliver mail and packages.
• Greet arriving vehicles and guests and bid them farewell upon departure.
• Knowledgeable of property amenities so guests enjoy casino/hotel offerings.
• Assist the Front Desk as needed.
