Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess basic mathematical skills specific to position responsibilities.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Must communicate effectively in English and read Seminole Tribe of Florida policies and reports.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the restaurant entrance in a positive manner.
• Obtain guest information (name, party size, seating preferences).
• Ushers guests to seats and manages seating flow for comfort.
• Enter guest checks in the computer system and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of rules, policies, and cashiering procedures; communicate with management and servers.
