Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas, LLC is seeking a friendly Bellperson to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and provide information about local attractions and hotel services. You will help guests load and unload luggage and deliver excellent service.

The role requires a polished appearance and the stamina to work in a fast-paced luxury environment. A high school diploma and prior guest-service experience are preferred, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with arrival and departure
• Assist with luggage handling and safe delivery to rooms or storage
• Help guests load and unload belongings from vehicles
• Coordinate with Bell Services dispatch for timely service
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions and dining options
• Accept and log incoming packages for guests and notify recipients
• Maintain a neat, professional bell service area and wear a clean uniform
• Address guest concerns with empathy or escalate to management as needed
