Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as Bellperson or similar guest service role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to lift and move luggage and packages for guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm demeanor and assist with arrival and departure.
• Help with luggage handling and delivery to rooms or storage as needed.
• Assist guests loading/unloading from vehicles and coordinate with bell services.
• Provide information about local attractions, dining, and amenities.
• Accept and log packages and notify recipients promptly.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a neat bell service area.
• Address guest concerns with empathy or escalate to management.
