Job summary

MGM Resorts International seeks a Bell Person at Bellagio in Las Vegas to deliver distinguished hospitality by assisting guests with luggage, guiding transportation, and providing personalized service that creates memorable moments.

The position is part-time with a starting wage of $17.5508 per hour plus service commissions. Ideal candidates are 18+, with guest services experience and strong customer skills, capable of working varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Six months of prior guest services experience preferred.
• Experience in a AAA 5 Diamond, Mobil 5 Star, or Forbes hotel/resort setting preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by warmly greeting, interacting with, and assisting guests and hotel staff in a professional manner.
• Maintain a positive attitude, outgoing personality, professional appearance, and demeanor at all times.
• Collect, transport, deliver, and store guest luggage and personal items.
• Escort guests and provide information about guest rooms, hotel amenities, and property features.
• Make and receive phone calls related to guest requests, services, deliveries, and information.
