Job summary

Western Camps, Inc. is seeking a friendly Front Desk Guest Services representative in Reedley, CA. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm, organized, and seamless experience while supporting reservations, check-in/out, and guest inquiries.

The role offers up to 30 hours per week with a schedule based on business needs and a pay range of $16.90–$18.50 per hour. Benefits include health, dental, and vacation time, plus staff perks.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to organize time and multitask.
• Must have a good attitude and be a team player.
• Must be able to work evenings/nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn other programs.

Responsibilities

• Display top quality guest services and customer service.
• Take resort reservations.
• Take horseback riding reservations and scheduling.
• Manage mail/packages and respond to inquiries.
• Answer multi-line phone system and transfer calls.
• Assist guests with gift shop transactions.
• Handle front desk check-in/check-out procedures and records.
• Balance cash register and perform end-of-day procedures.
