Responsibilities

• Organize, confirm, and process guest check‑in/check‑outs and verify guest identity.
• Respond to and resolve guest requests.
• Secure payments and verify/balance billing.
• Provide guests with room, hotel information, directions, and local interests.
• Run daily reports and communicate needs to the next shift.
• Complete cashier and closing reports and secure the bank.
• Record wake‑up calls and direct them to the right department.
• Maintain confidentiality of guests and proprietary information.
• Report maintenance problems or safety hazards.
• Keep contingency lists and communicate necessary messages.
• Protect company assets and comply with QA expectations.
