Job summary

Terratron is seeking a dedicated Guest Services Associate to welcome guests, verify reservations, and process payments at the front desk in Minneapolis. You will handle check-in/check-out, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out, requests, and questions.
• Verify reservation information and process guest transactions accurately.
• Handle cash handling and other financial transactions as assigned.
• Explain room features and property information to guests.
• Process payments, disputes, and guest account needs as assigned.
• Maintain front desk and public areas according to standards.
• Communicate guest needs to housekeeping, maintenance, and leadership.
• Support safety, security, and emergency procedures.
• Respond to guest concerns with urgency.
• For Night Audit, run end-of-day reports and night audit backups.
