Job summary

H.House is seeking a friendly Guest Service Associate (GSA) to welcome guests and support check-in and check-out processes in a Fort Mill, SC hotel. You will handle reservations, assist guests with questions, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready.

Prior front-desk experience is preferred but not required. A positive attitude, strong customer-service skills, reliability, and good communication are key.
