Responsibilities include handling reservations, cash management, and delivering accurate information about amenities. A high school diploma is preferred, with strong computer skills and professional appearance required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, hotel setting preferred.
• Hilton hotel experience highly desirable.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Computer knowledge including intranet, Property management system, Word, and Excel is strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out using the property management system, collecting and storing information.
• Handle cash and credit card information securely.
• Identify guest needs and provide information on hotel services and amenities; respond to requests promptly.
• Take reservations from callers and enter/update them in the hotel management system; modify bookings as requested.
• Maintain professional attire at all times; uphold brand standards.
