Homewood Suites by Hilton/Cleveland-Beachwood, 25725 Central Parkway, Beachwood, OH 44122, is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and suites. Join a team supported by Buffalo Lodging Associates, a leader in hotel management with a portfolio of 50 hotels.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms and reporting maintenance issues, delivering excellent guest service, and accommodating weekend/holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred or willing to train.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Able to work alone or in a team.

• Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor and ensure quality cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Report discrepancies and maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to guest requests.
• Work shifts that include weekends and holidays as required.
• Shift hours typically 8–9am to finish, about 8 hours, with weekend/holiday flexibility.

Homewood Suites by Hilton/Cleveland-Beachwood, 25725 Central Parkway, Beachwood, OH 44122. We are currently looking for Room Attendants to join our Housekeeping Team! Our 125 all suite Homewood Suites -Beachwood, is located near shopping and dining, off I-271, a short walk from dining options. We offer our guests our free five-mile shuttle covering shopping at Pinecrest, Beachwood Place Mall, Legacy Village. The Homewood Suites by Hilton in Beachwood is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award-winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates.

A Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our guest rooms and suites.

Role

• Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor ensuring quality of cleanliness and customer service. This includes cleaning floors, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms.
• Reporting discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor.
• Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
• Working typical shifts that include weekends and holidays when required.
• Shift hours are as follows: 8-9am to finish - approximately 8 hours - flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

What You Bring

Previous experience in a hotel setting or open to training. Excellent customer service skills. Able to work alone or as part of a team. Ability to work on feet for extended periods. Can navigate a cart weighing up to 100 lbs., and lift, carry up to 25 lbs. And most importantly an engaging personality.
