Shifts run 8 hours across 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am, with opportunities for growth within the hotel. You’ll contribute to maintaining high guest satisfaction and supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong knowledge of guest service standards.
• Able to guide guests/ team in a friendly manner.
• Basic math and computer skills.
