Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking part-time Guest Services Staff to create an exceptional guest experience at events. You will serve as usher, greeter, and ticket taker, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment before, during, and after performances.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs and occasional sitting, lifting and carrying 25 lbs+.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, scan tickets at entry, answer questions, and help guests locate seats during events.
• Assist with keeping the venue safe, clean and presentable.
• Resolve guest complaints or problems.
• Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity.
• Provide assistance to guests with special needs, such as seat accommodations.
• Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions in case of emergency.
• May assist in verifying staff credentials for restricted areas.
• Partner with staff at end of show to close the venue and handle cleanup.
• Assist patrons by giving directions inside or outside the venue.
• Ensure guests are safely enjoying the show.
• Take on additional tasks as requested by management.
• Foster positive experiences for guests, staff, and stakeholders.
