Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic, part-time Guest Services staff to help create an exceptional guest experience. As a Guest Services Team Member, you'll serve as usher, greeter, and ticket taker to ensure a safe, welcoming environment before, during, and after events.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year in guest service, plus excellent verbal and written communication, good judgment and diplomacy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.
• Constant walking, stairs climbing, and occasional sitting, lifting and carrying 25 lbs+.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, scan tickets, answer questions, and assist with seating.
• Keep the venue safe, clean and presentable for guests.
• Resolve guest complaints or problems.
• Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity.
• Assist guests with special needs, such as seating accommodations.
• Guide guests to exits or provide emergency instructions.
• Verify staff credentials for restricted areas as needed.
• Close the venue with other staff after shows and store equipment properly.
• Provide directions inside or outside the venue.
• Ensure guests are safely enjoying the show.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by management.
• Foster positive experiences for guests, staff, and stakeholders.
