Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Nashville is seeking a part-time Guest Services Staff member to welcome guests, scan tickets, and help them find their seats before, during, and after events.

You will work in a fast-paced venue, resolve guest questions, assist guests with special needs, and support safety and cleanliness. Prior guest service experience and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be able to walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, scan tickets, answer guest questions, assist guests with locating their seats and examine tickets for entry to various seat levels around the venue.
• Assist with keeping the venue safe, clean and presentable to the guest.
• Resolve guest complaints or problems.
• Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity.
• Provide assistance to guests with special needs, such as helping with seat accommodations.
• Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions in case of emergency.
• May assist in verifying staff credentials to restricted areas.
• Close the venue after shows and help with cleanup as needed.
• Assist patrons by giving directions inside or outside the venue.
• Ensure guests are safely enjoying the show.
