Job summary

Exhibition Hub SRL welcomes you to join a guest-focused team delivering first-class experiences at our immersive venue. The role calls for weekend, evening, and holiday shifts, and is part-time temporary in nature.

You will greet guests, manage inquiries, assist with ticketing, merchandise and VR prep, while maintaining safe operations and a positive atmosphere that reflects our customer-centered culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and answer inquiries.
• Handle box office when needed to collect tickets.
• Assist with merchandise as needed.
• Assist with VR preparation and demonstrations.
• Meet and greet guests in a friendly manner.
• Complete other duties to enhance guest experience.
• Assist with load in/load out tasks and inventory audits.
• Support outdoor and indoor parking-related tasks.

We provide exceptional guest service and create and promote a positive atmosphere with a* guest focused culture within our unique immersive experience. Includes weekend, evening, and holiday shifts, part time temporary. . *Responsibilities may include some or all the below responsibilities.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Maintain effective communication with appropriate managers, customers’ and peers
• Handle box office when necessary to collect tickets
• Assist the retail area with merchandise when needed
• Assist with VR preparation
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly manner
• Answer guest inquiries and assist customers when needed.
• Complete any other duties which enhance the guest experience
• Assist in load in/load out tasks.
• Assist in Inventory audit tasks.
• Assist in outdoor and indoor parking-related tasks.

Education and/or Work Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School graduate or GED
• Customer service experience preferred

Skills & Abilities:

• The ability to read, speak and effectively understand the English language
• Standing and/or walking for much of the time/ length of assigned shift/ ability to lift up to 50 pounds alone
• Solving practical problems dealing with a variety of variables
• Must possess above average communication skills
• Safety conscious
• Outgoing and friendly
• Willing to actively engage guests
• Ability to learn and understand exhibit content in order to be able to answer general guest queries
