Job summary

OWA in Foley, AL is seeking a guest services associate to be the first point of contact for visitors, answer questions and resolve issues at the lowest level of authority. You will complete product knowledge training and promote facilities, amenities, and activities.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, the ability to work weekends, holidays, and events, and may involve standing for long periods. Prior cash-handling and POS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to work in hot, sunny, cold, or rainy conditions.
