Job summary

Sandpiper Hospitality (SH) is hiring a Guest Services Ambassador (GSA) in Austin, TX. You will be the hotel’s friendly face, handling front desk operations, guest relations, and safety compliance while supporting reservations, tours, and on-site services.

You'll drive guest satisfaction, manage calls, and assist with laundry and cleaning duties. The role emphasizes teamwork, thorough documentation, and cross-training across non-management staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest relations and coordinate front desk tasks.
• Handle check-ins, reservations, renewals, and property tours.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and daily space inspections.
• Document activities and follow policies consistently.
• Support revenue goals through lead management and ancillary sales.
• Perform laundry duties and assist with cleaning as needed.
